Niyo Network is the upskilling arm of Niyo Enterprise, a multifaceted organisation that uses innovative, creative tools such as technology, hair, and beauty to economically empower black women.
The current aim of Niyo Network is to equip and train black women who are unemployed or are at risk of unemployment. We create opportunities catered directly to their purposeful paths; whether it be employment in a high impact industry or running their own disruptive businesses.

What we do
Black Codher Bootcamp
In partnership with Coding Black Females and the West Midlands Combined Authority, we are delivering a free 6 Month Coding Bootcamp for young black women across the West Midlands, with the intention of improving their long-term career prospects.
Events
We hold events like the Beyond Hair Summit where we gather over 300 women to equip them with tangible skills that they can apply to their personal career or business journey.
Black Disruptor Accelerator Programmes
These are a series of global, immersive programmes that allow black women to dream, to up-skill and to start and grow disruptive businesses, or get into their chosen technology-driven organisations.
