What we do
Black Codher Bootcamp
In partnership with Coding Black Females and the West Midlands Combined Authority, we are delivering a free 6 Month Coding Bootcamp for young black women across the West Midlands, with the intention of improving their long-term career prospects.
We hold events like the Beyond Hair Summit where we gather over 300 women to equip them with tangible skills that they can apply to their personal career or business journey.
Black Disruptor Accelerator Programmes
These are a series of global, immersive programmes that allow black women to dream, to up-skill and to start and grow disruptive businesses, or get into their chosen technology-driven organisations.
